  4. DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES RELATING TO THIS SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR
  5. IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR
  6. MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  I WILL NOT BE
  7. HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL
  8. OR INCIDENTAL, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS SOFTWARE,
  9. OR OUT OF THE USE OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN, EVEN IF I HAVE
  10. BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR CLAIMS.  THE PERSON

  15. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the province of New
  16. Brunswick, Canada, and shall inure to the benefit of Paul Postuma and
  17. any successors, administrators, heirs and assigns.  Any action or
  18. proceeding brought by either party against the other arising out of or
  19. related to this agreement shall be brought only in a PROVINCIAL or
  20. FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in the Judicial District
  21. of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. The parties hereby consent to in
  22. personam jurisdiction of said courts.
